its better you advertise that you have a problem with people of colour instead of letting people come down there then you acting like you dont have what we agreed on an hour before. Also speaking to people through a window is rude and very disrespectful.

I have no issue with colour thank you very much my husband can vouch for that!! Terribly sorry for the mix up we were out the back of the house packing and the person you spoke with was a friend who was packing up the living room area and did not have the correct information as she thought you were looking for an oven. Clearly just a mix up as there are many people here helping!!!
