Double room to let in East Dulwich sharing with 3 friendly females (28-34). The house is off Dunstan's Road, 3 mins walk from Peckham Rye Park. It will be available from Sunday 9th of August.

Details of the room:

It?s a good-sized room on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a large wooden wardrobe, double bed and a lamp.

Price: ?550 a month, plus bills of approx. ?80 a month. Our landlord will require a deposit of ?761.54 (6 weeks rent).

Details of the house:

We have Virgin TV and fast internet. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs, your room would be on the ground floor, along with the living room, well equipped kitchen with washing machine and 2 fridge freezers, under-stair storage, and a separate toilet + shower (almost en-suite). We have a cleaner that comes once every two weeks to clean the communal areas and in summer there?s a rather nice outdoors area out back with a large BBQ.

Travel:

The house is situated less than five minutes from the 24hour 63 Bus route, which in turn will take you to Peckham Rye in 7 minutes. From there you can get the Overground/Trains to all major stations such as Clapham Junction, London Bridge, Victoria, Highbury and Islington etc. In the other direction, we are 15 minutes walk to Lordship Lane where there?s lots of shops and bars (buses 37, 40, 176, 185, 484).

Details of the housemates:

They are three friendly professionals (3 gals) aged between 29-34 - two architects and a teacher. They have their own busy social lives but they do also like to chill out at home, chatting and cooking in the kitchen when around. Also known to attend the odd pub quiz and triathlon.

Details of you:

Ideally, we are looking for someone in their late 20s and upwards. Must be professional, capable of cleaning up after themselves, chilled out, and used to the normal considerations for a shared house.

If you are interested, please contact us, telling us a bit about yourself, when you are available to move and when you can come and see the house.

Thanks

Ruth
