Double room in great house share on CPRoad now with photos

I'm relocating away from London so helping find someone to fill my room. The house is large and spacious with 4 bedrooms (we use the 4th single as storage/spare bedroom), with a large back garden that gets the sun all day in the summer. There is also parking available on the road outside.

You would be living with two guys in their mid 30's. Ideally we would like a female to keep the balance but are open. The ideal housemate would like living in a tidy and peaceful environment whilst enjoying chatting and making themselves at home.

The room is available from 10th August onwards but there is flexibility. Rent is ?540 per month (include gas & water) and the deposit is six weeks. It's privately let so no nasty agency fees but you'll still need to be able to pass referencing/credit checks please.
