Company to test/deal with Artex paint?

We've just realised (in the process of planning a renovation) that we have artex in our flat and communal entrance (we have share of freehold).

I don't know whether it contains asbestos or not but as the house was renovated into flats in 1981 I would say it's possible, looking at the internet etc.

Can anyone give me a good recommendation? We want to deal with it asap.

just get a plasterer to 'bond and skim' over it. ?20 per sq. metre is a fair price.
