Bright, modern, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom garden flat available now for short term rent (now until end Sept/beg Oct). We are waiting for a sale to complete and have been told it will be another 2-3 months so we are looking to cover our costs in the meantime.

The flat is unfurnished apart from a large sofa (incorporating a sofa bed) in the lounge, washing machine, fridge, freezer and oven.

Rent includes all bills, including internet and is payable a month in advance. We will also require a small deposit.

  I notice that Southwark Council is inviting anyone with the odd few quid to "fund local climate work" focusing on such projects as "key nature recovery projects and green upgrades to schools". It's a little vague to me. Does anyone have any knowledge on the specifics? Does anyone here have examples of these projects that are coming down the road?
