Alan Medic
Oh. I was wondering what you were sobbing about. As United were already out of the cup I wonder why it took you so long to catch up? Jah Lush
Goal magazine! I used to read that from cover to cover when I was a boy. Loved it. Happy memories. @Alan Medic - I think the moral of the story is - share and share alike. maxxi
So porn baron Sullivan finally admits the relegation-get-out clause in Demba Ba's contract was HIS catastrophic mistake and throws mud at Scott Parker in an effort to deflect criticism. What a class act. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/6748-life-outside-the-premiership/page/15/#findComment-524786 Share on other sites

To me it didn't look like he was doing the tackling you'd normally expect him to do," said Sullivan. "He was running about, he was doing OK but he wasn't doing the tackling we know he can do because he knew that the one thing that would stop a move for him would be an injury."ETA: whole article here Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/6748-life-outside-the-premiership/page/15/#findComment-524789 Share on other sites

Ollie was about right..."It was pretty horrendous from our point of view. Only one team turned up. In every single way they were better than us."They were more professional than us, they played it in the right way on a difficult surface and we just made mistake after mistake after mistake."Just about everything that could go wrong did. I felt my lot were caught in the emotion of it. They were not professional, they did not get it right and we were beaten by a better team." Birmingham look in form but a thinner squad than us, Southamptone need to sort their away form. Feeling optimistic right now.Playing better without Nolan? The team (particularly Faubert and Tomkins) have got some confidence from the new arrivals that Piquionne and Cole didn't always instill. Taylor doing a good job too - got real depth now. charlottekb
Something quite special going on around Pompey at the moment. In an effort to pack the ground tomorrow, support the lads and get some revenue into the club, people are buying tickets for those that cannot afford to go. I have been offered 4 already from mates back home! Sadly I have the kids tomorrow as it's the wife's birthday and even though I will be in the mother land I will not be able to go.This is what being a footy fan is all about however! zephyr
It is a sad state of affairs. Rivalry aside, I wouldn't want to see any club go out of business. When Saints were in administration it was dire and we were 2 days away from liquidation following an unsuccessful bid and people pissing around. No one saw our saviour Marcus Liebherr coming. He had to pay a significant amount of money as there was a 24 million pound debt on the stadium. So.... it is possible to get out off this and I think it is a good decision by the administrator that he will find a buyer rather than Channrai finding one. That said.... down you go...... yeboah15
Hi all, Leeds fan here! Are any of you into your betting? We have just started posting on a forum called Bet Share and there are some pretty decent bets being discussed for todays football. I think Birmingham has to be a banker today. Thought you might be interested. http://www.bet-share.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=948 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/6748-life-outside-the-premiership/page/15/#findComment-525549 Share on other sites

Especially on our current unbeaten run.I've goe for Newcastle/Swindon/Notts Co/Burnley paying slightly under 8/1. maxxi
Good away result, Nolan in top form, George McCartney the new Giggsy (loved Pearce's "McCartney's long and winding goal" pun - buy Aaron Lennon now Sam and give headline writers a break). :)-D Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/6748-life-outside-the-premiership/page/15/#findComment-527744 Share on other sites
