I think SL are the biggest danger to Saf because of their spinners, and the top order will put Parnell and Steyn under pressure.

As I said, Pakistan are the biggest danger to Saf because of their spinners, and the top order will put Parnell and Steyn under pressure. Er...

Bastards forced me to get completely legless last night to deal with the disappointment and now I have to submit 2 articles by noon and meet some twonk about twonking twonk stuff and be all tie wearing and non sweary for an hour and my head hurts something horrid and there seams to be two of everything.

Bastards!

And another thing: Seven Runs! How the fuck do you loose a 20-20 match by seven runs when you?ve built a proper opening partnership after 9 overs, have another six recognised world class batsmen to come in and basically just have to tick it over at seven an over to win?

I realise the ball wasn?t coming on, it was a slow wicket and the bowling attack was doing a good job with the spinners and some fine death bowling but still Jaques, I?m pup?s nuts, Kallis had it in him to knock off another eight.

There is a sort of randomness to 20-20 that makes for exciting games and is a decent leveller, but it's not real cricket is it. I love it, but I don't take it seriously!!

Don't tale it too much to heart Brendan, and be sure to have that hair of the dog at lunch time...in fact if you're free...

    • That’s called sticking up for britain   its people who think Brexit is a good thing - even now - that are anti-british   and thick
    • Yes, I think people who don’t use their food waste bin are less likely to vote Lib Dem or Green or Labour as they think it’s a woke type of thing to do, like solar panels and other renewables.
    • But we’re not in Canada so why celebrate their recent election? Wasn’t their winner our Bank of England director up until his defection to his homeland of Canada? He caused chaos  in this country with his put down of everything British and his many dismal words about the effects of Brexit on this country.
    • I expect that they consider it should be a free choice what to do with your waste, and that segregating it is a waste of money, no doubt it's all a woke conspiracy.  I expect that others are more up to speed with Reform policies. I should have asked Nigel when I was drinking with him.  Well within the vicinity of him in Westminster pubs a couple of times.
