Short-term let wanted (August to October)

I will shortly be having an extension built, so will require a short-term let in the ED / Peckham area for approximately 8 to 12 weeks from the beginning of August. I will consider a room or a flat to rent. Please send me a private message if you have something available at a reasonable cost.
