We will definitely be using Rafal again. He built a long, low level bookcase unit for us and then stripped out and replaced 3 linen cupboards on our landing. All really excellent, fitting with our other pieces and beautifully finished. Quick, punctual extremely tidy and altogether really professional. We would also like to add recommendations for Rafal at RWL Carpentry. He made us 4x alcove cupboards with floating shelves above. The quality of the work was excellent and completed in a timely and efficient manner. We did have to wait a couple of months due to his availability, but happy we did. PM if you would like any feedback or would like to see his work.

      I am sorry to  continue this, but I found your previous  comment about me very personal,  disturbing and upsetting, which was why I responded at length. I'm sorry it bored you. I try to stick to facts. I have investigated. You (and anyone else) can go into the "search" settings on here and  do a search on an author's name. So you can (I presume) find all my posts, including any which were  replying  to you. I can't imagine that they are in greater numbers than my replies to anyone else, but you can see for yourself. I guess you can probably also find examples of what you call my "usual sarcasm". I wasn't aware that l had a tendency to sarcasm, though I do find a lot of things funny.  There is no need to reply to this unless you actually find evidence in support of what you said. Sorry everybody else. I had to get it off my chest as I was lying awake last night worrying about it 😭

      The Section 20 is just notification of intention to carry out works.  You have the right to object, propose an alternative or find different contractors. If you are joint freeholders why is your co freeholder acting unilaterally?  What is your usual mechanism for making decisions?
