Self storage recommendations

I'm currently in the process of moving house and looking for recommendations on self storage units/ secure lock-ups locally or near ED. Any suggestions/ tips welcome.

I temporarily made use of the Shurgard self-storage near Forest hill station about a year ago. The layout and features of these places are all very similar to each other, but I found them to be a bit cheaper and to have better deals. This might be because their location is further out of London than other places I found near Old Kent road or Kennington. It's also an easier drive from ED than West Norwood, where one of the other big chains is based.

It's worth looking at the deals that the big chains are offering, however, as they can make a huge difference depending on how long you want storage for and what size of unit it is.

I used Dulwich Storage Company. prices were lowest around and close to East Dulwich.
