HAIRDRESSERS - why so damn unnecessarily expensive????

I mean seriously....for the price they charge you might as well go to a hairdresser in central London like Fenwicks, Hebe, etc.

They are locally based which means overhead expensewise it is nowhere near if they are in the West End or Mayfair, or anywhere central...BUT they still criminally charge for a bloody simple haircut esp if you only have a short hair!!!!

These hairdressers are really taking the piss thinking they're so damn exclusive!!!(6)

I'm always slightly bemused at the cost of women's haircuts. Is it like face cream? The more you pay the better it must be? I can understand a little more expensive than men's, but I can normally get 3 or 4 visits for the cost of one by Mrs LL.

totally, hairdressing is a piece of p*ss..i was once forced at scissor-point to cut my housemates hair. it looked totally awesome & she was complimented wherever she went. B)

I agree with you chica. It is appalling that a woman's cut is around ?40 in ED. It is just not worth it.
