I have noticed that everytime I get a private message, whereby before I would receive an email from the EDF straight away, I am not getting any emails informing me of my PMs until days later and usually I have already been on EDF and seen that I have a private message alert. Is there a reason for the delay?

It is to do with your internet service provider (ISP), another user with the same ISP had this issue, they seem to hold back on delivering EDF emails for some unknown reason then deliver them later at some random time.


Sorry there is nothing I can do.
