Can anyone use a free car seat 0-18months?

I have a pretty old and well used Britax car seat going spare, 0-18 months. It's in pretty good condition but the hood isn't much good as falls down. Never been in an accident. Just well used and we have recently changed to a bigger seat.

If anyone can use it please PM me!
