Wanted: Hand Embroidery for small job.

I have a small piece of fabric that I need two words done in embroidery. I've tried a few places online, but they are super expensive. Can anyone help? Thank you...

  I hope that for the sake of anyone riding or cycling in the dark, this area is very well marked and cordoned off. I have known a number of cyclists suffer extremely nasty injuries as a result of holes and cracks in the road.
