Emily
Huge thanks to lovely Sammyg who looked after him (spoilt him rotten!) while he was lost and made contact via the forum. What a fantastic resource! He is bigger than he was two weeks ago, so has clearly not been starving - he has been living on his wits and his charm.Children absolutely thrilled by his return and he seems to be settling in well. Little does he know he's going for the snip on Monday! Emily
Yes, Celia Hammond. we are hoping to get him snipped asap in the hope he won't go off chasing female felines. He has been asleep for HOURS in my daughter's doll's pram this afternoon; I think he wore himself out with his wanderings. Ladymuck
I am SO pleased...I was terribly touched when your original posting came up that I actually typed up a response sympathising and wishing his speedy return. But just before I pushed the button to post my message it occurred to me that this might sadden you further - so I did not send it. Anyway, I am quite happy to post now because I am absolutely delighted he is back...only a pet owner can KNOW the distress caused when that pet disappears. (Get him a collar and disk with "his" phone number on it!). All the best.Ladymuck. SimonM
I think giving him a "stiff talking to" would be a bit tactless under the circumstances....but am glad he is home anyway! :)) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/6461-my-little-black-cat-is-back-thanks-to-the-edf/#findComment-207637 Share on other sites
