FILLED! Lovely room to rent for 1 month from 26th July, SE22, ?530

I will be working away from London for a month from 26th July and am renting out my lovely, spacious and bright double room in a 3 bed maisonette.

We are on Grove Vale, a few minutes' walk from East Dulwich station. Flatmates are friendly and considerate, both work a lot so the flat is generally quiet during the week.

Rent is now ?530 for the month (26th July to 25th August) including all bills (water, electricity, gas and internet) because it needs filled! I will need a ?100 security deposit which of course will be returned (minus any damages which might incur costs) at the end of the month.
