Update at 19:56 - Our engineers have investigated the fault. They have found it to be more complicated than first expected. We need to send our specialist team to make repairs. Your power is off due to a fault with an underground cable. At this stage we're aiming to have your power on by 20:30. If this time should change, we'll let you know.

I hope it does come on in half an hour... My baby monitor video unit doesn't work without power.

    • Hello, I'm from Ireland and would love my children to be able to know the language - I can speak it but I'm not so good at teaching it. If there's anyone local who used to teach Irish at primary school (preferably Connemara Irish) and who'd like to tutor 3 boys aged 7-10 for an hour or two a week please do let me know. Thanks, Sarah
