Many of us carry a lot of tension in our shoulders and neck. Would you like to learn some simple and easy techniques to help shoulders to drop, release and re-align? Or to help your neck move more freely without pain or discomfort? Somatic Movement Exercises can do just that!

  It seems to be primarily ostentatious 'status' vehicles that are targeted and are often ill suited to London in a number of ways anyway. Best advice is probably just to get a practical smaller car if you need one.
