Word Press Expert for speeding up a slow website

Hi, I've built and am running my website: www.sarahmoule.net, but it is loading very slowly. I think some JavaScript needs moving and caching needs doing to help it load quicker. I'm looking for someone who has come across slow loading problems in wordpress before and who can help me get it down from 4 seconds to about 2, if not less. I look forward to hearing from you.
