A really nice afternoon (even with a nasty hangover), very much enjoyed it, and definitely up for another game...

Think a net session or 2 might be handy next time though as I (and most of the team) hadn't bowled a ball or held a bat for some time...

Big mention to Piers for a lovely wicket in his second bowled over, which I think made the whole day worth it for him ;-)

On the off chance that anyone wants to see how they were represented in the infamous south london cricketing extravaganza that was the forum (well, the CPT) vs the South London Press(ish)

Here we are in cricket whit....well, browns, blues, beiges, ecrus etc

And the opposition, including friends of the forum, Tom and Leon of the SLP. Bet you can't guess which side won!!

    • Hi there,  Anyone have an updated number for Niko. I didn’t get a response on 07818 607583.    Thanks in advance.
    • I mean good luck to you, but with 4 staff you have still failed to submit your statutory accounts for your two eligible years of operation and are overdue with them this year too. Companies House have taken steps to close you twice. Your annual loss in trading is increasing each year.  You have had two directors resign in 2022 leaving only 1 in place which isn't the best if you want good governance- but that also stops you from being able to raise funds from trusts and foundations.
    • There's still a massive shortage of student housing in London regardless of short term fluctuations - just look at how expensive it is now and what a barrier it is to mobility! What are people worried about anyway? That there will be so few students in London that a private landlord has to cut rents and makes lower profits? Oh no! 😂
    • This is probably a stupid question, sorry. Could you contact all the surgeries whose catchment area you are in (and haven't already found wanting) and ask them directly if they have GPs with the knowledge and experience you need? Because I imagine there are not many people using this forum who can help, though I may be wrong.
