Hi Jonathan,

I am not sure if you are still looking however I am in the process of renovating the flat underneath me. It's a spacious two bed garden flat on Friern Road and the works are due to complete at the end of this month. I will be looking to rent it out at the end of August to give a bit of time to put the finishing touches to it so could fit in nicely with your timing. It's quite a high standard as I live upstairs so want it to look nice! :) If you would like to come and have a look (although at the moment it's still a building site!) let me know.
