Room needed for August

Son's friend Olivia is studying with National Youth Theatre and needs a cheap room for August. She's quiet and mature,and tidy. She'd be out all day from 9 but maybe available for some evening babysitting in exchange for reduced rent. She is just going into third year at Bournemouth University.

u might be interested in this, could possibly rent inAugust instead of july- however I need ?500 as advertised for rent as I'm a student myself.
