Help! Need bathroom extractor fan fitted asap

Our bathroom has no ventilation, other than opening the window which gives our neighbours a bit of an eyeful.

We need to get an extractor fan fitted, but I've no idea whether this is a job for a builder (drilling through the external wall), an electrician, or even a plumber. If you've had the same job done and were happy with the results, I'd be grateful for any recommendations please.

  heartening to see that normal service has resumed. Missing items that should have been delivered 17th April.....nothing......
