yeknomyeknom
I've been reading about Simplicity Parenting and would like to get my son more involved in nature and simpler environments, beaches, rivers, nature. Obviously there are local options like the park and Dulwich Woods. I was wondering if anyone knows of some good trips or destinations available by local rail (Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, Forest Hill). That aren't day trips, just maybe a morning out etc. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/63635-great-nature-adventures/ Share on other sites
Loreda
HelloI recommend South Norwood Country Park. Really beautiful and there's a direct train to Birkbeck from Peckham Rye! wellington
We like Ladywell Fields for the stream/river when the weather is warm. Morden Hall Park is especially lovely and my children always ask to go. Richmond Park is huge and feels like you are in the country.
