Can you recommend a good local surveyor?

Can anyone recommend a fully qualified and certified (and cost effective!) surveyor to do a full buildings survey on a 2 bed flat in Peckham please. If so please PM me.

  Article in today's Grauniad on how to save money on water bills. Though only if you are on a meter. If you aren't on a meter, there's nothing you can do to reduce your bills, so far as I know.
