Stan119
The 5:30pm class on a Sunday was absolutely fantastic - Sue is wonderful:http://www.suestockwell.co.uk/where-and-when/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/63492-pregnancy-pilates-or-yoga/#findComment-864216 Share on other sites
Redmeghan
I highly recommend Laura Jones' Koundalini class - it's Tuesdays at 10 in her home in Nunhead. It's a more challenging variety of yoga which really gives you the tools to get through labour - I had a drug free home birth with my first and can honestly say I was fine! There's also a lot of chanting and singin which sounds odd but it's lovely for your baby and it's an empowering thing to do with other pregnant women. You can reach her through her website idoula.co.ukMaybe I'll see you there!
