VACANCY - Early Years Practitioner

East Dulwich Community Nursery is currently recruiting an Early Years Practitioner.

The successful candidate will be driven to ensure that the children under their care develop and learn in a safe and supportive environment.

The essential criterion for this role includes:

? Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare

? Updated knowledge of the EYFS

? Experience working within a childcare setting

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

? Clear and professional communication skills

? Strong Leadership and management skills

? The ability to provide effective role modelling of best practice within nursery and all activity delivery.

? Ability to work autonomously, manage own workload and meet targets set.

? Experience of record-keeping and maintaining confidentiality

Salary dependent on qualification and experience
