Short-term let wanted from July 7 to mid-August

My boyfriend and I are looking for a short-term let while we complete on our new house (expected August 10). We would ideally like to rent a 1-bed flat from July 7 through to mid-August - somewhere in the Dulwich area. If you think you can help, we would love to hear from you. Thank you.

Did you find somewhere? I am going away with work/hols during that period but am a bit further over to Crystal Palace/West Norwood.

I have a Victorian 2 bed maisonette and am thinking of renting it out if the right people came along.
