Hi,

I'm looking for a long term let for myself, my 1 year old daughter and a very well behaved house cat... Ideally I'd like a period property with original features and 2 bedrooms but if the rest of the property is light, airy and spacious then 1 bed would be ok. I'd also like a garden, either private or shared is fine. My budget is ?1400 pcm and I'm flexible with move date - anytime between now and September if the right property comes along!
