Nanny share advice wanted

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has experience of sharing a nanny with other parents. Close friends of ours have a daughter 3 weeks older than our son and we're considering sharing a nanny when the babies are around 12 months old.

If anyone has experience of a similar arrangement, I'd like to know what are the pitfalls to watch out for, what were the ground rules that you agreed in advance, how easy will it be to find a nanny willing to take this on and generally is this something that other nannying employing parents would recommend.
