Hi all, my flatmate is leaving and I am looking for a replacement!

It's a a great flat with a good size bedroom, seperate living room, kitchen and bathroom to share with one other. Really good location only 10 mins walk to Kennington station where you can get on the tube easily at peak times.

Good links to the city and Peckham, Brixton and Dulwhich just around the corner. Broadband and all the mod cons available.

As for me, I'm a 30 year old Architect into anything creative, music and most sports. Drop me a message telling me a little bit about yourself! Ultimately it would be good to have someone who enjoys a pint/meal and a catchup every now and again but is also considerate of space.
