We recently had to pick a dentist for our son too. And went to see Philip Norton in Denmark Hill/Red Post Hill. His bedside manners are impeccable and really put our son at ease. Our son fell asleep while being examined and he doesn't even fall asleep in his own bed. The clinic feels more like a living room with a dentist's chair rather than a clinic. So all in all a very good first experience for a toddler.

But for our son's less-than-straightforward set of teeth, we opted for Half Moon Lane as they have a pediatrics specialist and orthodontist on their team. I figured it would be easier to go there to get second/third opinions when we need it. The clinic is painted in very vibrant colors so very kid-friendly.

Also heard good things about the dental clinic in West Dulwich.

Hope that helps!

Yosef at Townley Road Dental has managed to charm my 2.5 year old into allowing him to give her the quarterly floride treatments she needs. Enough said!

I was also happy with Dr Laleh but that office is very buggy unfriendly ( the door opens into half a flight of steps). That's why i switched. I havent been in over a year ...in case they have changed the layout......
