Summer job for Uni Student

My daughter is a 19 year old Law student who has just finished her first year at Plymouth Uni and is desperate for a summer job. She's a bright and amiable girl so if anyone has anything available or can advise, I'd really appreciate it (otherwise I'll have to fund her summer break!)
