Low-Cost Acupuncture Clinic

I have been working as an acupuncturist since 2007. Four years ago, I set up a low-cost acupuncture clinic in a GP surgery as a means of making acupuncture more widely available to all sections of the community. Treatment fees are based upon household income and range from ?20 - ?40 with an additional ?5 charge for the longer initial appointment.

I see patients who present with a wide variety of conditions. These include chronic and acute pain; stress, anxiety, and depression and issues related to these; morning sickness and other pregnancy-related issues; and some chronic, "difficult" problems that conventional medicine can sometimes struggle to address, such as ME, insomnia, headaches, and tinnitus.
