Wanted: man and van recommendations for Saturday

I am looking for a man and van to do a pick up from East Dulwich and take it to a location near Telford in the Midlands this Saturday (13th). Has anyone got any recommendations?

It's small items of furniture and some boxes. The only awkward item is a queen sized memory foam mattress that is quite heavy.
