Seeking temporary office space for one in Nunhead/East Dulwich

The builders have moved in next door, so I am looking for a small office (preferred) or a desk in a quiet shared office space in Nunhead/East Dulwich area for six weeks starting June 03. I require broadband, electricity, desk and chair (though I could probably sort out the latter two if needs be). Tea making facilities would be nice, but not essential. It needs to be somewhere where it?s safe to leave my PC overnight without worrying about it and where I can come and go as I please. Any suggestions/offers?
