My husband and I are curretly renting a lovely 2 bed in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 mins walk from East Dulwich train station. We need to find suitable tenants to take over the lease, so we will pay for contract changes, and any credit checks payable to the letting agents (within reason, we don't want them to rinse us all!)
