Now to some historical facts. TM has occurred only twice in April since records began so it's still early. The avearge temperature on Tit Monday is 22C (still a bit to go).

I have just returned from the West End - and I can officially confirm the tit-bomb has exploded.

Don't know about tits, but I can report following the short walk home from the shops that the postman is in summer uniform (shorts and wide-brimmed hat). I also counted three pairs of shorts, two floaty summer dresses and two young men playing football with shirts off and trousers rolled up to mid-shin.

I was still in t-shirt, cardigan and jacket, but I do feel the cold.

What's the official verdict Mr Ben?
