Someone to remove well dug in sleepers and pave

Our current "patio" comprises 11 well set into the ground dangerously slippy and rotting railway sleepers. We'd like them dug out, taken away and then ground levelled and lovely new paving laid instead.

Any recommendations or bids for the work?

Would want to take references/see examples of past work before committing.
