Anyone know of a good Tailor for alterations?

I'm in need of of someone to alter a pair of suit trousers to fit my son. It's part of a suit bought for his dad but never worn. The jacket fits son but the trousers are several inches too big particularly around the waist and hips.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

Lovely lady at Rye Park Cleaners on Forest Hill Road does excellent alterations for reasonable price - had a dress shortened and frayed sleeves on raincoat repaired.

Alpine did 8 pairs of trousers for me, very reasonable and all done to a very good standard. I had one pair properly tailored before locally and although they were good, it ended up costing me ?30 as well as time for initial fitting which most of the time isn't worth it for a pair of trousers!
