Wanted: An older but functioning laptop using windows 7

Hi all you nice people, I need a windows 7 laptop. I have one that had windows 8 and put 7 on it but it does not work as well as one would if it was designed to work with windows 7 i.e. an older one. Please think of me if you are upgrading or have done so and have one lying around at home.

  That's bad! Bad Thames Water! Are you sure you haven't got a leak somewhere? I think there's some way of monitoring that by checking the meter readings before and after a period when you aren't using any water? Eg overnight?
