Hi, I am after a single room from now until late October when I head to NZ. I am a mature Kiwi male, domesticated, clean, sober habits, non smoker working full time and run a building/handyman business and am very good at fixing things! Will consider anywhere from Herne Hill to Peckham Rye, preferably in East Dulwich.
