Right gang, I know I've started a few threads down memory lane but here's another.

What was your first contact with the law that resulted in your collar being felt?

P.s We want the truth DM, and you Hona, *Bob* and we'll save the best till last eh Louisa.

Daizee we've all been on Bromley highstreet at chucking out time at some point in our lives so you can stay mute on this one. Thanks.

norn irons favourite past-time, rioting. i got picked out from a crowd photo like many others, unlike some of the others although i was placed at the scene, there was no actual photo of me chucking anything, so it was words of advice to the parents and believe it or not it did the trick.

Wolfie why the assumption that ppl on here have done bad in the past (perhaps present and almost certainly the future, by your reckoning)? ;-)

I've nothing to come clean about on the subject of stepping onto the wrong side of the law but I can say I came rather close to a high security officer and her gun... I literally collided with her after the doors I was stuck between ejected me rather aggressively and she was on the other side... *ah the memories!*

Police used to regularly come and "move us on" from "the dips" and/or Point Hill on Blackeath, whci in the very early 90s were the places that lots of teens used to go and enjoy those teenage tipples mentioned in the other thread.

Remember one very drunk, and very stupid lad headbutting a copper, and so we all had to run run run, which can be difficult when not used to being very drunk!

Whilst living in Exeter in the 90s I was woken up at 3am by police doing a raid on my flight, looking for someone with my name. Much "discussion" took place and when I showed my (Irish - lucky me) passport they were even more pleased. It was only when they saw the DoB they realised they had the wrong person. A few more clarifications later and their manner changed from cocky and aggresive to pissed-off and aggressive. I wasn't impressed

I once managed to get picked up for being drunk and disorderly, indecent exposure, possession of an illegal substance and making an illegal campfire all in one go.

But they were only Park?s Board Police and they let us go when we said sorry and promised not to do it again.

    • I think that the value of one unit of social housing in a luxury block is so great that taking the money and building real social housing elsewhere with it, can be a preferable option.
    • The private sector is not going to build a significant amount of social housing. Everyone is very keen for *everyone else* to subsidise construction of social housing. I take it none of the objectors to this scheme was suggesting putting up council tax so Southwark could build more social housing...? Social housing isn't going to appear in serious numbers if the state doesn't borrow money and build it.
    • They must be really desperate to collab with Tesla. Honestly, it's not even the worst thing they've done. I've noticed these sex events happening in the last few months at a place that's supposed to be a restaurant and venue. I was planning my wedding there and was appalled by the setup for those events. When I discovered what was going on, I was disgusted by how they were using the same rooms as 'playrooms' where families are supposed to eat. The hygiene and safety concerns are just unacceptable. We really need to come together as a community to put a stop to this! They're destroying a sacred, Grade II listed building, and it's just not right. The owners need to be held accountable for their actions. It's time for us to stand up and protect our heritage and ensure that these spaces are used appropriately, especially when they should be serving families and the community.   sex events vid.mp4 sex events videe.mp4 Literally promoting it on their Instagram! Only just taken down after scrutiny.
    • yes, which properly explains why they responded to me on this occassion, as i included the CQC in my response. I have spoken to the Health Ombudsman, and they feel the regulator is more suited to the issues I have raise for more than a year now. welcome aboard. its great to have you on the thread. so sorry you are also experiencing issues. has this been addressed as yet?
