Wanted: flat/room for two or houseshare

We are looking for a place to live together, commencing in the summer. We are 2 art students from Camberwell College of Arts, going into our 2nd year. We are clean, tidy and looking for somewhere quiet and homely to live whilst we study.

Our budget is ?1200 per month altogether with bills included, or ?1000 pcm without. We are looking for a flat with two bedrooms/ one large room for two beds, or room/s in a houseshare within our budget.

Hi,

I have 2 bedrooms available from July in a student flatshare 2 mins from UAL. All appliances are only 1 year old, flat was refurbed in April 2014. Each room is ?700 however, heating and hot water is included and gas. Call me on 07582 385770 to arrange a viewing.
