FS - Solid Tall Pine Chest of Draws (6 draws) & 70's style rocking chair (chair has gone)

I need to sell this lovely solid pine tall chest of draws (6 draws)and a rocking chair to make room for some built-in shelving.

The draws are in super used condition. I would like ?110 for them.

Measurements are:

61cm wide

154cm high

54cm deep

The rocking chair is in great condition, but the wooden frame has a few dents. I'd like ?10 for it.

I am happy to deliver locally by arrangement or collection is from SE5.
