Gardener recommendations please

Hi,

I've yet to find a good regular gardener to keep my garden under control...I also have a little bit of relandscaping that needs doing, nothing major.

Please please can you send me recommendations for a punctual gardener who can bring my garden back to life...all my bushes are dying and it's starting to look like a jungle out there!
