Friendly creative looking for double room, buddy up for house share or studio/1 bed

Hi,

I'm a 30 year old professional artist working full time, looking for a lovely place to call home. I have a studio in Camberwell so would ideally stay fairly near there, but can be flexible. I have 2 beautiful cats, who would love an outdoor space but are also very happy living indoors.

My budget is quite flexible - I'd ideally like to pay up to ?800-?900 for a house share, but would stretch a bit further for a studio flat or 1 bed.

I can move any time, and can provide all references. I have a few small bits of lovely furniture I've collected or built along the way, so an unfurnished-ish place would be ideal for me, but I can also keep them in my studio if necessary!
