Not all day, but a good few hours - maybe 11 til 3 / 4.

And it has to be work of the less numbers-oriented type - as the day wears on, the emails become more flamboyant and the adjectives flow like so many tears into red wine. I like it.

Don't forget Obama had a beer for Breakfast at the G7

(apparently a german traditional breakfast).

And if he can ....

The sad hipster claims he was running a business

typing stories. I'm sure he's made it all up.

I remember years ago when this was hailed as the new way to work, better than paying for an office or a hot desk. This IS a hot desk (especially if you spill your coffee lol, sorry).

It's good that there are more places offering free wi-fi these days, which helps businessmen/women on a budget and it gets you out of the house where you can meet others.

Why would you even want to spend your money on crap coffee in one of these over priced mass produced coffee shops anyway - find a nice independent coffee shop that would value your custom much better anyway. Im not disagreing with you or agreing - just stating that the coffee in these MASS branded places is crap and chucked at you at a pace that is disturbing - I suggest you find a nice little coffee house that will take you in and serve you much better coffee.
bubble... you need to understand that a cup of artisanal flat white made with beans from a single estate is not the top priority here. And while perhaps a small independent coffee shop might appreciate the custom outside of peak hours, there's also a danger that by you'd be taking up valuable space and hurting their business.

Free wifi is the norm now and has been for years. How does it help people on a budget if you need to buy something to drink and eat possibly before sitting down. Most people have wifi at home.

I found I spent more by going out to use cafes than I would by staying home. How could it be otherwise?

Like I said once - the Guy I saw interviewing in

Starbucks very smartly grabbed an empty cup with

a lid and placed it in front of him.

A professional :)

I can't see laptop squatters kicking your door down to sign up rbarton when they can pay about ?2.85 for a grande and have a bum on a seat, free wi-fi and free electricity for several hours.

I have tried to work in coffee shops all over our local area over the years, you will be surprised how hard it can be to get some work done in this type of environment. I am confident that desk rentals and coworking offices as whole will help relive some of the highly demanded seats at Cafe Nero SE22.

I'd have said it would be a 'change of environment' for a few hours

when doing something rather easy maybe ?

Co-working does seem to be popular - wonder what type of company/

individual most use them.

"Your weekly tasks should include: ...  Checking the pH levels and adjusting the water balance ... The ideal pH rating of swimming pool water is between 7.0 and 7.6. Anything lower than 7.0 and metals and pool finishes can start to corrode, while anything above 7.8 and there can be issues with scaling due to calcium salts in the water and chlorine becoming ineffective." And for comparison of different pH values, see for example the examples chart at https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/z38bbqt#zb2kkty There are several other sites that can easily be found that say something about variation and correction of pool pH levels.
