House Swap: Hove to East Dulwich (July/Aug/Sept)?

Howdy,

starting a new full time London role in July and its a lengthy commute of tube and train. Thinking maybe to move back to big smoke but wanted to trial living there as a family. So.....

Wondering if any families wanted to do a house swap for any period of time? 1 month to 3 months considered.

We have a beautiful 3 storey Edwardian terrace (4 bedrooms) in leafy Hove. 5 mins from Hove station and next to Hove Park. 22 mins walk to the seaside! modern, stylish and family friendly. No pets on property pls. 1 hour train to Victoria. Photos available.

Looking for a nice 3 bedroom house in East Dulwich. Garden. near ED/Peckham or Forest Hill train.
