I'm sure anyone posting on this forum is aware of, and able to use, Google search.

However posting on the forum comes with the added benefit of letting everyone know what you're doing! #altruism?

I think it may not be practical for individuals

To donate blankets with the cost of collecting

And transporting to the area.

This is something the Red Cross are well equipped to deal with.

A small donation however small is a better alternative.

?25.00 provides 4 families with clean water for one month.

I agree with Foxy - much better to stick your hand in your pocket and give DEC money. That way they can get exactly what they need.
